Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within the first 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours, your order is likely being processed and already on its way to the shipping address.
If you contact us while your order is in transit, you are still eligible for a full refund, but you must wait to receive the package and then ship the product back to us following our standard return procedures.
Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We understand the importance of giving our ergonomic products the time they need to show results, but to ensure fairness and hygiene, we have established the following guidelines for returns.
Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn or unused.

It must have all original tags attached.

It must be in its original packaging.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, you must first contact us at info@sciatinova.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs Please note that customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost will vary based on your location and the shipping carrier you choose. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases of defective or damaged items, Sciati Nova will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Digital Goods: Downloadable software products, such as E-books and digital guides, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Certain personal care goods if they have been opened or used, due to hygiene reasons.

Sale Items & Gift Cards Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not based on the condition of the item.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
